Leah's Hopes and Dreams moves people from mobile to stable. We meet the Carolinas' unhoused and reentry communities where they are and walk with them all the way home through mobile healthcare, hygiene, food, and transitional housing.

Vision

A community where no person is seen as disposable and no potential goes to waste, where every individual regardless of their past is recognized, valued, and empowered to become who they were always meant to be.

Our new 27-foot Medical Trailer is a mobile care unit — delivering essential health services directly to neighborhoods in need. Operating monthly and on-call, it brings compassionate care to those who face barriers to traditional healthcare access.

Each visit provides: • Basic medical screenings and first aid • Health education and wellness resources • Support from licensed professionals and volunteers
