Hello everyone! My name is Destini Carmichael. I am a recent Howard University graduate with a talent in building trusted relationships and a talent in communicating across all ages and groups. I use these talents in my job as a resident assistant and non-profit volunteer. I am an aspiring graduate who enjoys helping others transition into the next phase of their lives. I have leadership skills in customer relationship management and employee training. I have a passion for creating and building stable community structures that impact others on a larger scale. I know that creating community in smaller places has a great impact on the future and how our community is viewed.
