Dreama Martin, Outreach Coordinator of LHD, is a native of Oak Hill, West Virginia. She is veteran educator and works with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System. She is a proud graduate of West Virginia University and University of North Carolina at Charlotte. 

 

Dreama's passion is giving back through serving others and spreading kindness around the community.  She has served in many capacities, including Americorps, Social Capital Mentoring Collaborative, and Elevation Church. She has been serving with LHD this year and has been loving being able to help make a difference and give people hope. 

 

Dreama currently resides in Charlotte and is so excited to be a part of the LHD team and her role as the Outreach Coordinator!
