Hello everyone! My name is Isaiah Carmichael. I am a community leader and House and Project Manager with Leah’s Hopes and Dreams, where I support individuals as they transition into a more stable and empowered future. Through my work, I help manage transitional housing efforts, welcome and guide residents through the program, and create a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel valued and respected.

I am currently pursuing my associate degree in communications, strengthening my skills in advocacy, public speaking, and connecting with diverse communities. As a representative of Leah’s Hopes and Dreams, I have the opportunity to share our mission, build partnerships, and speak on behalf of the individuals we serve. I am passionate about using communication, compassion, and leadership to help create pathways of opportunity and hope for others.
